A comprehensive marketing plan, some de-cluttering and regular review of the marketing performance revealed an aspect of this property that had to be addressed in order for it to be sold.

Packing away unnecessary appliances, collectables and any other items that made the house seem cluttered after the family living there for twenty years. As a result, the house was sold above asking price.
