Re-launch and Marketing Management of a previously stagnant development

In 2012 CH Professional approached Burrie Smith Developers with a marketing plan for a re-launch of their stagnant development. Our holistic marketing approach – taking into consideration the 4 P’s of marketing: price, product, promotion and place – was a great success.

Development specific marketing solutions were compiled, estate agencies were trained and appointed, and project management with the Home Owners Association was engaged by CH Professional.

Despite recession in Rustenburg, 41 stands were sold and the development was established as one of the most sought after luxury addresses in Rustenburg during the CH Professional mandate.
